What We’re Eating

Here is this week’s menu. I’m on a meatless meal kick which means I’m starting to implement 1 meatless meal a week and this time it is portebello mushrooms. I’ve linked to online copies and will be happy to email you  a copy if it’s one of my own recipes.

1. Chicken Mushroom and Wild Rice Soup – I made this Monday night and it is good.

2. Spaghetti

3. Portebello Medallions Au Pouivre

4. Italian Chicken – This recipe come from Publix which has an awesome collection of quick well priced meals.

5. Orange Chicken

6. Cumin Crusted Pork Chops – We didn’t eat this last week which means it carries over on our weekly menu until we make it.

7. Sticky Chicky Wings
