PBC as easy as 123

Ahhh I have finally found a way to relate the Jackson 5 and baking. I feel like this is a monumental moment in my cooking life. For a non Jackson 5 name these are the worlds easiest to make peanut butter cookies. Enjoy the recipe1

1 cup of sugar (3/4 sugar is fine too)

1 egg

1 cup of peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Mix sugar and egg in a bowl. This recipe is so easy that you can use a mixing spoon to stir.
  3. Mix in peanut butter
  4. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and use a fork to make the cross hatch design on the top.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute and then remove and cool on rack
  7. Enjoy!

You are really getting creative with the blog titles! Love it. I’ll probably be singing one of my two favorite Jackson 5 songs all day! Beats Singing in the Rain which I sang all day Monday!
